One needs to pay attention on how they would spin-off ForestCo though. There is historically similar play with 2 different outcomes: Bergvik Skog in the 2000s (which practically was Stora Enso. It went well initially but ended up sub-optimal) and SCA/Essity in 2017 (which so far has been quite positive)

Probably the forestco will start out a bit undervalued I think because it’s not “sexy”.
